ADVISORY · MARKET ENTRY · COMMERCIAL GROWTH

The most expensive growth problems are the ones no single function can solve.

I advise founders, CEOs, boards and leadership teams when growth has become a systems problem. The market may be new. The proposition may not be landing. Brand, sales, technology, content and partnerships may all be active, but they are not reinforcing one another.

I work at the point where global ambition has to become locally credible, commercially viable and operationally real.

THE MOMENT FOR AN INTEGRATOR

The business is moving. The system is not moving as one.

I am typically brought in when:

  • An international business is entering the GCC and its global proposition needs regional commercial credibility.
  • The company has strong capabilities, but brand, sales, technology, content and partnerships are moving in parallel.
  • A founder or CEO has real expertise, but the market cannot yet see or understand the authority behind it.
  • Technology or transformation activity is progressing, but the operating model and people have not moved with it.
  • The organisation is active across multiple channels, yet customers and stakeholders receive different versions of the business.
  • Leadership needs senior cross-functional judgement before committing to another workstream, partner or investment.

The common denominator is rarely a lack of capability. It is that the capabilities, market signals and commercial priorities are not yet connected around one direction.

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

The shape of the engagement follows the shape of the problem.

Strategic advisory

Ongoing counsel for founders, CEOs and leadership teams navigating commercial growth, transformation or expansion. I provide an independent operator's perspective across the decisions that do not sit neatly within one function.

Market entry and go-to-market

For technology, media and B2B businesses entering Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider GCC from APAC, Europe or North America. I translate a global proposition into a locally credible commercial strategy, grounded in buyer behaviour, relationships, cultural context and the national priorities shaping the market.

Embedded operator mandates

For businesses building the model while growing it. I work alongside the leadership team to establish the foundations, connect functions and create momentum across strategy and execution.

Destination, giga-project and national transformation mandates

For destinations, national programmes and complex developments where commercialisation, media, technology, partnerships, audience strategy and stakeholder alignment must operate as one system.

Board and advisory roles

For organisations that value cross-market judgement, commercial pattern recognition and an operator's perspective on growth and transformation.

Executive alignment workshops

Focused leadership sessions that diagnose the commercial problem, clarify competing assumptions and establish a shared operating direction before the organisation moves into execution.

THE OPERATING SYSTEM BENEATH THE WORK

Trust is not a communications outcome. It is commercial infrastructure.

Across market entry, transformation and growth, the same pattern repeats. Businesses rarely struggle because they lack ambition. They struggle because the signals that create confidence are disconnected.

Positioning does not reinforce reputation.

Content does not reinforce commercial strategy.

Leadership visibility does not reinforce market credibility.

Partnerships do not reinforce growth.

I use the TRUST Architecture to connect those signals across Trust Infrastructure, Revenue Systems, Uncopyable Audience Depth, Systematic Expansion, and Timing and Cultural Precision.

That final element matters particularly in the GCC. A go-to-market may appear commercially sound on paper, but it will struggle to resonate when it is disconnected from national direction, sector priorities and the cultural context in which decisions are made.

Growth becomes more durable when trust, revenue, audience and expansion reinforce one another.
BUILT IN THE MARKET

Judgement built inside the businesses where the work had to perform.

My perspective was not built from one discipline or from the edge of the organisation. It was built inside commercial systems where strategy had to travel through people, markets, technology and execution before it could create value.

I have led commercial market entry for LinkedIn in MENA, built and commercialised airport media environments, translated adtech and first-party data into market value, developed regional media businesses, and built an award-winning founder-led retail brand through to institutional investment.

My experience spans LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, Tealium, Singapore Changi Airport, Jewel Changi Airport, Doha International Airport (pre-Hamad International Airport), Qatar Airways and the BBC, alongside media, technology, data, destinations and founder-led businesses across MENA and APAC.

I build for impact that compounds through stronger capability, deeper trust and commercial momentum.

HOW IT STARTS

The first conversation is a diagnosis, not a pitch.

01

The conversation

You describe the commercial problem as you currently understand it. I will tell you what I believe is actually happening, what may be connected to it and whether I am the right person for the mandate.

02

The scope

Where there is a clear fit, I set out what the engagement needs to achieve, what comes first, how we will work together and what the commercial structure looks like.

03

The work

I work with the people inside the business, not at a distance from them. Commercial systems become sustainable when the teams responsible for them understand the direction, believe in it and can continue building on it.

WHEN THE MANDATE NEEDS A WIDER DELIVERY SYSTEM

Some mandates require more than one operator.

My personal advisory work is senior-led and delivered directly by me.

When the mandate expands into a broader programme of B2B growth, Digital PR, Technology PR, AI visibility, executive thought leadership, content, partnerships or market activation, I bring in SilQRoute Consulting.

SilQRoute is the B2B integration house I founded to help startups, scaleups and enterprise businesses connect the commercial disciplines that are too often managed separately.

This page is where you engage me directly. SilQRoute is the platform through which broader delivery programmes are assembled.

If the problem is hard to name, that is usually the right time to call.

Hard-to-name problems rarely become easier by placing them inside another isolated workstream.

Bring the messy version. We will identify what is disconnected, what matters first and whether I am the right operator for it.
